【退費與取消政策】
本單位保留最終調整師資、課程時間或場地之權利。如有變動，將提前於官方 IG 公告。
如遇不可抗力之天災（如颱風、地震），依台北市政府公布之停課標準執行。若因此導致課程取消，主辦單位將協調擇期補課；若無法補課，將按比例退還受影響課程費用。
退費申請方式
- 所有退費申請請以電子郵件聯繫 bossydancecamp@gmail.com，主旨請註明：「退費申請—[學員姓名／報名方案]」。
- 退費金額以學員實際繳納金額為計算基準，不含任何手續費或折扣優惠。
- 退款作業將於申請核准後 30 個工作天內完成。
- 開課日前 75 天（含）以上退還 90% 費用；開課日前 60 天（含）以上退還 70% 費用；開課日前 1～59 天退還 50% 費用；開課日（含）當天或之後恕不退費。
報名表單送出後，除官方公告之課程異動外，恕不接受報名後更換課程。
Bossy Intensive Camp 保有調整及最終解釋權之權利。修改後之活動內容將於官方 IG 帳號與社群更新，恕不另行通知。
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The organizer reserves the right to make final changes to the instructors, class schedule, or venue. Any changes will be announced in advance on our official Instagram account.
In the event of natural disasters beyond our control, such as typhoons or earthquakes, we will follow the class suspension announcements issued by the Taipei City Government. If classes are cancelled as a result, the organizer will arrange make-up classes. If rescheduling is not possible, a proportional refund will be provided for the affected classes.
How to request a refund
- Please email all refund requests to bossydancecamp@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request—[Student Name / Pass Type]”.
- Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid by the student, excluding any processing fees or discount benefits.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the request is approved.
- 75 or more days before the camp starts: 90% refund; 60–74 days before: 70% refund; 1–59 days before: 50% refund. No refunds will be issued on or after the camp’s first day.
Once the registration form has been submitted, class changes are not permitted unless the organizer announces an official class change.
Bossy Intensive Camp reserves the right to amend and make the final interpretation of the event terms. Updated event information will be posted on our official Instagram account and community group without individual notification.
